Hi, I'm Erin.

With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare; including hospital and community social work, as well as practice as a PA in family medicine and psychiatry, I bring a unique understanding of both emotional health and the complexities of medical care. My experience working within healthcare systems has given me an appreciation for how physical health, emotional well-being, relationships, and life circumstances can intersect. I also understand how challenging it can be to navigate ongoing or complex medical concerns, particularly when you feel like your symptoms or experiencing aren’t being fully understood.

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I believe that understanding your story, including what you’ve experienced, what you’ve learned along the way, and the ways you’ve adapted can provide important insight into where you are today. I draw from approaches that consider the interconnectedness of the brain, body, emotions, and relationships, while helping you develop greater awareness, flexibility, self-compassion.
